User Roles Overview Once you establish your Company Limits, you can start creating user roles. User roles are the restrictions placed to shape a user’s privileges, depending on the level of responsibly a user has. Some users may have the ability to draft a transaction, while others can approve it. A user role must fit within the Company Limits and cannot exceed it.
