ACH Files

NACHA-formatted ACH files are created outside of Business Online Banking using through your accounting software. Depending on your user rights, you have the option to upload and submit these complex files to Middlesex for processing. IMPORT ACH FILES:

In the Transfers & Payments tab, click ACH Files . 1. Choose a NACHA-formatted File to import.

2. Select a Send Date using the calendar feature.

3. Enter a Memo .

4. Click the Draft or Approve button when you are finished.
