Deleting a Template

An authorized user can delete an unnecessary template if they have Manage Template rights. Deleting a template does not cancel any existing or recurring transactions based on that template. Please go to Activity Center to delete these transactions.

In the Transfers & Payments tab, click ACH/Wire Templates . 1. Click the icon.

2. Click the Delete Template button to permanently delete a template.
