What’s Changing Bank Name : The name will change to Murphy Bank. Account Number & Routing Number : The bank routing number will change to Murphy Bank’s routing number (see page 3). Debit Cards : You will receive new Murphy Bank debit cards (see page 4). Checks : Although your routing number will be changing, you may continue to use your existing checks until you order new checks (see page 12). Website : The Murphy Bank website is www.mcompany.com. Online Banking & Bill Pay : Murphy Bank offers two different online banking services: One for personal/small business and one for our business customers who require cash management options. Old Towne Bank consumer customers will need to re-enroll in Online Banking the week of April 28, 2014. Bill Pay customers may need to contact a personal banker to have their Bill Pay payees transferred after they re-enroll in Online Banking if they do not know their current Bill Pay ID (see page 5).

What’s Not Changing FDIC Insurance : Murphy Bank is FDIC insured. Branch Locations : The three Old Towne Bank locations will remain open and join Murphy Bank’s three other branches. Existing Employees : The existing employees will continue to serve your needs. Operating Hours : The lobby and drive- thru hours will remain the same. Phone Numbers : The phone numbers for the branches will remain the same. Service : You will receive the same level of service you expect, but now you will have more options.

Important Dates & Things To Do Prior to April 25 (if you are an Old Towne Bank Online Banking customer): Review and document any pending Old Towne Bank online banking transfers or bill payments and retrieve any eStatements needed from Online Banking.

Monday April 14 th

Look for your new debit cards in the mail this week if you have a current Old Towne Bank debit card. Debit cards can be activated and you can choose your Personal Identification Number (PIN) prior to April 25 but it will not be functional until April 25 at 5:00 p.m.

Friday April 25 th

Close of business: Old Towne Bank changes to Murphy Bank.

5:00 p.m. to April 28 at 2:30 p.m.: During conversion weekend, your new Murphy Bank debit card will be authorized under decreased limits. Those limits are $135 via ATM and $225 via Point-of-Sale. Daily ATM and Point of Sale limits will revert to normal limits at 2:30 p.m. April 28. Normal limits are $300 daily via ATM and $1,000 daily via point-of-sale.
