Dependent Life: The Standard Company The Dependent Life plan provides optional life insurance coverage for dependent family members at low group rates. The plan offers three options for coverage:
Option 1: Spouse $2,000; Child $2,000

Disability Insurance: Lincoln Financial A combination of Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance is available to all benefit-eligible employees. Premiums are 100% employer paid and employees are automatically enrolled for these benefits. Short-Term Disability (STD) benefits are payable on the 15th day of disability through day 90. The STD plan pays 60% of your weekly base earnings, up to a maximum weekly benefit of $2,500. This total may be reduced by other benefits you may be entitled to receive. Long-Term Disability (LTD) benefits are payable on the 91st day of disability. The LTD plan pays 60% of your monthly base earnings, up to a maximum monthly benefit of $15,000. This totally may be reduced by other benefits you may be entitled to receive.
Retirement Savings 401(k): American Trust
Employees may contribute up to $23,500 of all eligible compensation to their 401(k). There are two levels of “catch-up” contributions available to employees in select age groups: • Employees between the ages of 50 to 59 or 64 or older can contribute an additional $7,500. • Employees between the ages of 60 and 63 can contribute an additional $11,250. Beginning January 1, 2025, North State Bank will make a non-elective contribution equal to 3% of eligible earnings for eligible employees. Employees do not have to contribute to receive the bank’s non-elective contribution. Online account information is available 24/7 at americantrust.com.
