2026 Company Holidays All eligible North State Bank employees receive the following paid company holidays: New Year’s Day Thursday, January 1 Martin Luther King Jr. Day Monday, January 19 Presidents’ Day Monday, February 16 Labor Day Monday, September 7 Columbus Day Monday, October 12 Parental Leave Employees with 12 consecutive months of service and a minimum of 1,250 hours worked within the last 12 months, are eligible for six weeks of paid parental leave if serving as the primary caregiver following the birth or adoption of a child. Employees not serving as the primary caregiver are eligible for up to two weeks of paid parental leave.
