Users Changing a Sub-User’s Status

If you are a business admin you can change a sub-user’s status.

IIn the Account Services tab, click Business Admin then click the Users tab. 1. Select the user you would like to edit. 2. From the drop-down select “Change Status.” 3. Change the user’s status and click the Save button when you are finished.
