Users Resetting Sub-User Password

Easily reset a sub-user’s password.

Note : For security purposes, Sub-Users are unable to use the “Forgot Password?” option from the login screen and must receive support from the Business Admin to reset the password. If a Sub User contacts us for assistance resetting their password, they will be redirected to the Business Admin for support. The Business Admin can provide access to trusted Sub-Users under the “General Permissions” to help with Sub-User management.

IIn the Account Services tab, click Business Admin then click the Users tab. 1. Select the user whose password you would like to reset. 2. From the drop-down select “Reset Password.”

3. Select a method to receive a new password. 4. Enter the reason for resetting the password. 5. Click the Send New Password button.
