Business Wires Authorize or Reject a Wire

Authorized users can authorize or reject wire transactions. If a transactions has processed and cleared, you cannot make changes to that transaction.

IIn the Account Services tab, click Business Admin then click the Authorizations tab. 1. Click the Wires tab. 2. Browse through your transactions and check the box for each transaction you want to approve or cancel. Check the box at the top of the list to select all transactions. 3. To authorize a transaction, click the Authorize button. a. Select a verification delivery method and click the Send Code button. b. Enter the verification code and click the Verify button. 4. To reject a transaction, click the Reject button.
