Getting Started Retrieve a Forgotten Username

If you happen to forget your username, you can easily retrieve it from the Northern Credit Union Home page—no need to call us!

1. Click the “Forgot Username” link. 2. Click the Find my individual username button. 3. Enter your account/member number, social security number/ Tax ID and birth date. 4. Click the Continue button. 5. Your username will then appear.
