Services Card Controls

Easily manage your Northern debit and credit cards with just a few clicks! Under Card Controls you can block and unblock your debit card, report your debit card lost or stolen and let us know if you are traveling. Take advantage of all of the management options for your credit card as well by selecting your credit card and connecting through MyCardInfo. Blocking a Card You can easily block any of your debit cards. The card will remain visible in the Card Controls section but can not be used.

Note : If you are on the Mobile App, you must swipe left and right on the card image to move between your cards.

In the Account Services tab, click Card Controls . 1. Click the Block/Unblock Card button. 2. Click the Block this card button. 3. Click the Yes, Block button.
