Replacement Card When your card is missing or damaged, you can report it lost, stolen or damaged. This will deactivate your card. Any one-time or recurring transactions will be blocked.

Note : There is a $5 to replace a lost debit card, after you have exceeded two card replacements within 12 months. This charge will be withdrawn from your account when the card is replaced.

In the Account Services tab, click Card Controls . 1. Select the debit card you would like to report as lost, stolen or damaged. 2. Click the Replacement Options button.
