Need Feedback The “Need Feedback” feature can be utilized to provide feedback to the debit card controls system that the new card number has been updated for Card On File merchants. Merchants listed that “Need Feedback” require a manual update on their individual websites that cannot be done through debit card controls. Here you can keep record of cards that have been updated with merchants and merchants that have your card number on file for payments that may need updating if a card is replaced or reissued.

In the Account Services tab, click Debit Card Controls . 1. Select Preferred Card. If you need to switch cards, click on the “Switch Card”

drop down. Go to page 115 for more information. 2. Under Card Details , click the Card on File tab. 3. Select the merchant with the “Need Feedback” label.
