Dispute Transactions

Note : Please be aware that we must receive your dispute no later than 60 days from the date of the statement on which the error or problem occurred. If you believe your dispute involves fraudulent activity, please immediately report your card as lost or stolen under the Card Controls widget and let us know how you would like to receive your replacement by secure message in the Message Center, calling or texting us at 315.782.0155.

Click the Dashboard tab and select an account. 1. Click the transaction you would like to dispute. 2. Click the “Help” link. 3. Select “I want to report an error or fraudulent activity” and click the Select button.
