Payments Editing or Using a Template

If you have Manage Template and Recipient rights, you can edit or use any of the available templates on the Payments page. Use a template as a quick way to send a recurring payment or edit a template to make a quick change without having to create a new template. 1

In the Cash Management tab, click ACH & Wire Payments . 1. Click the icon and select “Edit” to make changes to a template. 2. Make the necessary changes. 3. Click the Save button when you are finished.

Note: To use a current template without making changes, click the icon and select “Pay”. A payment screen will display to enter the date, recurrence, and amount of the payment, and to select “Draft” or “Approve”.”
