Integrated Payables Import

Data Import allows companies to import data from custom file types. Users will create file maps that will identify how each piece of data in the custom file will be mapped. Three custom file types can be used for Data Import: • Delimited • Fixed Width • XML These files can contain header and/or footer records. Header/Footer records are normally used for data integrity or amount totals and line count validation. But, they can also contain information about the file that can be ignored during processing.

In the Payments & Transfers tab, click Integrated Payables Import . A. Click the Create File Map button to create a new file map. B. Click the Edit File Map button to edit a file map. C. Click the icon to delete a file map. D.
