Positive Pay Managing Exceptions

In the menu, select the Commercial tab, then click Positive Pay . 1. Use the drop-down menu to select an account. 2. Use the drop-down menu to select Decision Needed .

Note: All exceptions must be given decisions by 12:00 PM MST. Your default decision (pay or return) will be applied if no decision has been made by 12:00 PM MST.
