Advanced Positive Pay User Setup
In order for users to access Positive Pay and ACH Reporting functionality, a User ID must be created and linked to the appropriate Positive Pay account.
Note: Please notify the Treasury Management department if a new user is added and you wish to have that user log in using single sign on. Otherwise, the user will only be able to log in from the full site.

Click the New Client Setup tab, then User Setup - Member Users . 1. Click the Add New link. 2. In the Contact Information tab, enter the user’s name, email address, and phone number. If a user does not want to receive emails from us, check the Exclude From Email box.
