Request a New Card You are able to request a new Debit Card for an account that has not already been issued one. The new card will be mailed to you in 7-10 business days.

Note : If your account has an issued card that has been lost, stolen or damaged, please go back, select the card and select “Report lost, stolen, or damaged” to request a new card.

In Card Management , click Card Controls . 1. Click the Request a new card button.
