Status Alerts If you’re ever concerned about the status of a transfer or pending checks, you can create Status Alerts to contact you when a check number posts or transactions meet a chosen amount.

In the Profile & Security tab, click Manage Alerts . 1. Click the “New Alert” drop-down and select Status Alert . 2. Use the drop-down to select a transaction type. 3. Use the drop-down to select an account. 4. Use the drop-down to select a status. 5. Select a delivery method and enter the corresponding information. 6. Click Create Alert when you are finished.
