Card Control Report Card Lost/Stolen

When you tap the Report Card Lost/Stolen option, your card will be turned off to prevent unauthorized purchases. Recurring payments will still occur.

Click the Card Control tab. 1. Tap the Report Lost or Stolen tab. 2. Click the Continue button. 3. Call OlyFed at (360) 596-9512 to complete the report.

Note: The card will be fully cancelled if reported lost or stolen, not just turned off. If you report the card lost or stolen and end up finding it, you will not be able to use that card any longer and you will have to order a new one.
