Bill Payment Canceling Pending Payments

You can cancel a payment even after you schedule it. This convenient feature gives you the freedom to change the way you make your payments.

In the Payments & Transfers tab, click Bill Payment . 1. Click the Activity tab. 2. Select the payment you would like to cancel. 3. Under “Biller activity”, select the upcoming scheduled payment you would like to cancel.
