Positive Pay User Setup User Setup
In order for users to access Positive Pay and ACH Reporting functionality, a User ID must be created and linked to the appropriate Positive Pay account.

In the Business Banking tab, click Positive Pay then click Advanced Options w/ ACH Reporting . Click the Client/Account Maintenance tab, then User Setup - Client Users . 1. Click the “Add New” link. 2. In the Contact Information tab, enter the user’s name, email address and phone number. If a user does not want to receive emails from us, check either the “Exclude From Email” box.
