In the Transfers & Payments tab, click Bill Pay . Select the Zelle ® tab. 1. Click the + Add New Recipient button. 2. Select personal or business. 3. (For Personal) Enter the recipient’s first name and last name. (For Business) Enter the business name. 4. (Optional For Personal) Enter the recipient’s nickname. 5. Choose where to send the money to. Depending on your selection enter the recipient’s mobile number, email address, or account number. 6. Click the Save button.
