Bill Payment Cancel a Pending Payment

You can cancel a payment even after you schedule it. This convenient feature gives you the freedom to change the way you make your payments.

Click the Bill Payment tab. 1. Click the Payment Activity tab. 2. Click the “Actions” drop-down and select “Cancel” to cancel a pending payment.
