CONVERSION OVERVIEW
SATURDAY, JUNE 27, 2026 Accounts will be transitioned from Peoples State Bank to Farmers Trust & Savings Bank over the weekend. SATURDAY, JUNE 27, 2026 The PSB website will begin to be redirected to FTSB at www.ftsbbank.bank. MONDAY, JUNE 29, 2026 Your accounts will be accessible at: • Any Farmers Trust & Savings Bank location • Online at www.ftsbbank.bank • Through the FTSB Mobile App (Search FTSB Mobile from your device’s App Store) • By using your FTSB Debit Card DIGITAL BANKING First time login instructions will be sent in a separate mailer prior to June 28, 2026. DEBIT CARDS Your Peoples State Bank debit card will be used through Sunday, June 28th, 2026. Starting Monday, June, 29th, you will use your new Farmers Trust & Savings Bank debit card. If you have a Peoples State Bank debit card, you will receive a new FTSB card with detailed set up instructions prior to June 27th. ACCOUNT NUMBERS Checking account number(s) will remain the same in most instances. However, a limited number of account holders can expect to receive a new number due to duplicate account numbers. If your account number changes, we will send this information to you in a separate mailing.

DIRECT DEPOSIT Direct deposits set up to your PSB account(s) will convert to FTSB. OTHER AUTOMATIC TRANSACTIONS Accounts that have other automatic incoming and outgoing transactions set up to the account, such as utility payments, cell phone payments, social security income, etc. will convert to FTSB. STATEMENTS Your final PSB statement will print on Friday, June 26, 2026. This may be a partial-month statement, depending on when your statement is typically printed. It also means you may receive two statements in the month of June. Your FTSB monthly statements will have a new look. After June 27, 2026, statements for Wells customers will be produced on one of the three cycles that is most similar to your current: - The first Friday of the month - The last day of the month - The third of the month. During this first month transition, you may receive multiple shortened statements within a few weeks’ time.
