Advanced Positive Pay Stop Payment Requests

Stop Payment cannot be placed in Positive Pay. The following options are how a stop playment can be placed: Visit a branch to complete the required stop payment form by 1:00 pm EST. Contact the Customer Service Center before 1:00 pm EST for assistance at 215-538-5605. Place the stop payment (checks only) through QNB- Online Banking by 1:00 pm EST.
