Manage Users Southern BusinessPro lets you set up multiple users with different permissions. New users can be created with their own unique login IDs and passwords. Roles allow companies to divide responsibilities among their users and reduce the risk of fraud. There are three roles that can be assigned to a company user: 1. Setup- Allows a user to setup templates. Entitles the user to template setup capabilities for only those services and accounts to which the user has been entitled. 2. Approval- Allows a user to approve transactions. Entitles the user to transmit capabilities for only those services to which the user has been entitled. 3. Administration- Grants a user administration privileges. Allows the user to add, modify, copy and delete users, modify their roles, services and account access, rename accounts, and modify the number of approvers required for requests. A company user can have one or more roles assigned or none.
Add a User In the Administration tab, click Manage users .
