Getting Started Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you forget your password, you can easily reestablish a new one from the Southside Home page—no need to call us!

1. Click the “Log In” link. 2. Click the “Forgot Password?” link. 3. Enter your login ID and click the Submit button. 4. Choose the contact method that allows Southside to reach you immediately with a 4-digit Secure Access Code (SAC).

Note: You may not be able to change your password if your account is locked or if you are resetting your password from an unregistered browser.
