Services Card Replacement

Southside Bank offers a convenient way to request a replacement card. To immediately place a block on your current debit card, please use our MobiMoney mobile application or contact us at 1-800-528-2273.

In the Services tab, click Card Replacement . 1. Select either “Lost or Stolen Card” or “Card Damaged” 2. Enter the name printed on the card. 3. Enter the last four digits of the card number. 4. Use the drop-down to select the account associated with the card. 5. (Optional) Enter any additional comments or instructions. 6. Click the Submit button when you are finished
