Card Services Card Management Overview

The Southside Card Management service makes it easy to control and monitor when, where and how your cards are used. It lets you set spending limits, manage alerts, receive real-time notifications and turn a card off (and back on) at your convenience. • When you first access Card Managment, you will be presented with a 20 second video of tips to using Card Management while the system accesses your card information. When complete, tap the Get Started button. • The system will automatically populate the cards that correspond to your Online Banking User Tax ID/SSN and associated accounts.
