Card Services Card Lock/Unlock

If a card has been misplaced, lost or stolen, you can turn it off with a tap. If you find your card later, you can turn it back on just as fast.

Log into our Southside Online Banking or Mobile Banking app. Click the Cards tab. 1. Tap the “On/Off” tab to turn your card on or off. 2. Click the Yes button.
