Set preferences for which transactions we notify you about based on dollar amount, merchant type, transaction type or location.

Log into our Southside Online Banking or Mobile Banking app. Click the Cards tab. 1. Tap the Controls & Alerts tab. 2. Tap the Alerts tab. 3. Tap the Alerts for all transactions tab to send alerts for all transactions. 4. If you would like to only send alerts for certain transactions:

a. Tap the Alerts for selected transactions tab b. Use the toggles to enable or disable an alert. 5. Tap the No transaction alerts tab to disable all alerts.
