Card Services Report Card Lost/Stolen

When you tap the Report Card Lost/Stolen option, your card will be turned off to prevent unauthorized purchases. Recurring payments will still occur.

Log into our Southside <> or Mobile Banking app. Click the Cards tab. 1. Tap the Report Lost or Stolen tab. 2. Click the Continue button. 3. Call Southside at 877-639-3511 to complete the report.
