Tools & Requests Transfer Balance

You can use the Balance Transfer feature to quickly transfer the balance of your old credit card to your new one.

In the Tools & Requests tab, click Transfer Balance . 1. Using the “Account Number” drop-down, select an account the funds will be taken from. 2. Enter the account number to be paid and the FI name. 3. Enter the FI’s mailing address which includes street address, city, state, zip and transfer amount. 4. Click the Submit button when you are finished.
