Getting Started New User Enrollment

If you’re new to Online Banking with Studio Bank, you need to complete the enrollment process the first time you log in. Once you complete these few quick steps, you’ll be on your way to banking everywhere you go! 1. Type studiobank.com into your browser, and click the “Online Banking Setup” link. 2. Let us know if you already have an account or want to open a new one and click the Continue button. If you do not have a Studio Bank account, you will need to appy for one. 3. Click the Let’s Get Started! button. 4. Enter your personal information and click the Continue button. Note : If the information entered does not match your bank account record at Studio Bank or if you have an old Digital Banking account, you will need to call us at 615.338.9998. 5. You will be asked to answer four verification questions. 6. You can choose a second verification step by having a link sent to a known phone number or email address associated with your record at Studio Bank. If you do not want to utilize this additional verification step, choose None. 7. Read the welcome information and click the Finish button. 8. Click the link in the email then create your own username and password. 9. Choose three security questions and enter the appropriate responses. 10. You will then be taken to into your Studio Bank Online Banking experience after accepting the terms and conditions.
