9 Click the Invoicing tab. 1. Click the Estimates tab. 2. Click the + New estimate button. 3. Select a customer or create a new one. For more information about creating a customer, go to page 165. 4. Use the drop-down to select a status. 5. Enter an expiration date. 6. Select a product or service or create a new one. For more information about creating a product or service, go to page 173. 7. Enter a quantity and a price. (The amount field will automatically populate.)

Autobooks: New Estimate 8. (Optional) Enter a description. 9. Check the box to apply sales tax.
