Part 3: Creditor and Instructed Agent When sending a wire, the creditor financial institution is the final bank that receives the funds. Some financial institutions use an in-between third-party bank called an instructed agent to process funds. If the creditor bank uses an instructed agent, the instructed agent’s information will need to be input as well.

1. Search for or enter the recieiving financial institution information. 2. (Optional)Check the box if the Instructed Agent’s details are the same as the Creditor Agent’s details. 3. Search for or enter the intermediary financial institution information. 4. Click the Save button.
