User Management Adding a New Sub-User

You can set up a new sub-user by creating a new profile and assigning user permissions. It is important to contact the financial institution any time a new user is added to keep user contact information up to date.

Click your profile in the lower left corner of the screen, then click Settings . Click the User management tab. 1. Click the “+ Create user” link. 2. Enter the user’s first and last name. 3. Enter the user’s email address. 4. Use the drop-down to select a user role. 5. Click the Create user button. 6. Enter your password and click the Confirm password button.
