Business Banking Viewing, Approving or Denying a Transaction Authorized users can view, approve or deny certain payments within the Business Approvals feature. If a payment has processed and cleared, you cannot make changes to that transaction. Desktop

In the sidebar, click ACH & Wire Approvals . 1. Locate the transaction you would like to approve or cancel. 2. Click the icon and select “Approve” or “Deny.”
