Getting Started Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you forget your password, you can easily reestablish a new one from the Volunteer Bank Home page—no need to call us!

1. Click the Online Banking button. 2. Click the “Forgot Password” link. 3. Enter your username and click the Submit button.

Note: You may not be able to change your password if your account is locked or if you are resetting your password from an unregistered browser.
