CardHub Manage Travel Plans

When you travel outside your normal spending area your risk score increases, which can cause transactions to be declined. To reduce the chance of declines, you can notify Volunteer Bank about your travel plans. With the Travel Plan feature you can: • Easily and securely create up to 2 travel plans. • Include up to 15 domestic states and/or international countries within each travel plan. • Submit the notification at your convenience, without having to call customer service.

Creating a Travel Plan

In the Services tab, click CardHub . 1. Tap the Manage Travel Plans tab. 2. Tap the Add Travel Plan button.

3. Select the communication method you want to use (email or text) to receive a security code. Once you receive and enter the code, you may proceed with entering the details of your trip.
