Single Transfers Between Volunteer Bank Accounts If you only need to send money to someone once, you can generate a single transaction using their email address and partial account number.

In the Transfers & Payments tab, click Customer to Customer Transfer . 1. Click the Single Transfer button. 2. Select the account to take funds from using the “From Account” drop-down. 3. Enter an amount. 4. (Optional) Write a description of your transfer. 5. Enter the recipient’s account number. 6. Use the drop-down to select an account type. 7. Enter the first three characters of the recipient’s last name. 8. Click Submit when you are finished .
