Will my online account nicknames transfer? Account nicknames will need to be re-established within ANB Go. Select the account you wish to update and select “Settings.” How will my Online Bill Pay work? Bill Pay will execute all payments by process date. Both electronic and paper check delivery will continue to be offered. Paper checks will resemble traditional check writing, with the check clearing your account when the recipient deposits the check. Please verify that all payees have been transferred. While we have taken every precaution to accurately transfer all your data, we encourage you to verify payee information the first time you are submitting a new payment. Consumer Bill Pay will have 180 days’ worth of history available. Will I need to set up eBills in ANB Go with companies who bill me electronically? Yes, eBills will need to be re-established the first month you use ANB Go. If you pay companies in response to an eBill, we recommend that you print your payment history prior to May 10th to use as a reference when setting up payments through eBill.
