Service and Support Over Transition Weekend In order to effectively prepare for this transformation, some of our banking services will be limited from 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 14th until the start of normal business on Monday, May 17th. Please see page 7 for a detailed schedule. We are excited to announce a revolutionary enhancement to your digital banking experience. Bill Pay Changes Must Be Made by May 10th While we are preparing the system for the upgrade, you will not be able to schedule or modify payments through Bill Pay from Monday, May 10th at 12:00 a.m. until Monday, May 17th at 8:00 a.m. Online Bill Pay payments scheduled to process from Monday, May 10th to Friday, May 14th at 12:00 p.m. will process as normal. Payments cannot occur from Friday, May 14th at 12:00 p.m. to Monday, May 17th at 8:00 a.m. Payments scheduled from May 17th on will be processed in the new ANB Go system. eBills will need to be re-established in ANB Go. We recommend that you print your payment history and frequency prior to May 10th to use as a reference. Statement Delivery Schedule On May 14th, you will receive an account statement sent via your preferred method (mail or email) for a partial month. Accrued interest and applicable service charges will post to your account. On May 21st, your regularly scheduled statement will generate. Accrued interest will be posted and no service charges will apply. On June 23rd, a statement will be generated for your standard monthly period. All accrued interest and applicable service charges will be applied. Mobile Deposit Changes Must Be Made by May 13th Complete any mobile deposit needs by Thursday, May 13th at 4:00 p.m. Mobile Deposit will be available through ANB Go on May 17th at 8:00 a.m.
