Disabling Touch ID or Fingerprint Login You can disable Touch ID or Fingerprint Login if you no longer prefer to utilize this feature. When biometric login is disabled, you can sign in to your Online Banking using your login ID and password.

2 Sign in to the myTrustmark mobile app and tap the Menu button. In the Settings tab, tap Security Preferences . 1. Toggle the Touch ID or Fingerprint Login switch from “On” to “Off.” 2. Tap the Yes button to disable the feature. Enabling Face ID Face ID is a feature which utilizes facial recognition to allow you to unlock your iOS device using your face instead of a login ID and password. When Touch ID is enabled for myTrustmark, and your phone is setup to use Face ID, Face ID authentication will be the default when you log into myTrustmark.

Note : You must have Face ID enabled on your mobile device before enabling it through our Online Banking Mobile app.
