Users Deleting a User

A user, with Manage User rights, can permanently delete a user. This deletes the contact information from the User Management page and deactivates the user’s online banking access. The user delete does not delete data from existing payments.

In the Business Banking tab, click Users . 1. Find the user you want to remove and click the 2. Click the Delete button. 3. Click the Confirm button to permanently remove a user. Users: Deleting a User icon.
