Services Stop Payment Request

If you’re ever worried about a pending written check, you can initiate a stop payment request to prevent that check from being cashed. Once approved, the stop payment remains in effect for 6 months. If you need the current fee information, please call us during our business hours at 1-800-UCBANK1 (1-800-822-2651).

In the Transactions tab, click Stop Payment . 1. Select the appropriate account using the drop-down. 2. Enter the check number. 3. (Optional) Enter the amount. 4. (Optional) Enter the date of the check using the calendar. 5. (Optional) Enter the payee. 6. (Optional) Enter a note. 7. Click the Request stop payment button when you are finished.
