Consumer Bill Pay Skipping Payments

You can skip a recurring payment even after you schedule it. This convenient feature gives you the freedom to change the way you make your payments.

In the Transactions tab, click Bill Payment . Then click the Advanced button and select Visit Bill Pay Site . 1. In the pending window, find the payment you wish to edit and click the Edit button. 2. Select “Skip this payment” and select which payment you would like to skip. 3. Click the Continue button. 4. You will receive a confirmation message.
