Consumer Bill Pay Deleting Payments

You can delete a payment even after you schedule it. This convenient feature gives you the freedom to change the way you make your payments.

In the Transactions tab, click Bill Payment . Then click the Advanced button and select Visit Bill Pay Site . 1. In the pending window, find the payment you wish to cancel and click the Edit button. 2. Click the toggle next to “I would like to stop this payment.” 3. Click the Submit button when you are finished.
